For each production-station project, Riamolde can develop a dedicated real-time control environment that follows production from the moment the cable enters the station until it leaves. The system can record each relevant process step and the associated arrival, departure, injection, mold and workstation parameters, according to the project requirements.
This creates an end-to-end production record that can support traceability, process review and quality documentation. The information captured and exported is configured according to the production process and customer requirements.
