Administrative Technician

Riamolde, as a company with a continuous and sustained growth over the years, intends to recruit an Administrative Technician.

We want the candidate to present the following characteristics/skills:

Mandatory conditions:

  • Graduated;
  • Certified accountant. Minimum 2 years of experience in the role;
  • Fluent in written and oral English;
  • Resident in the Aveiro region.
  • Functions to be performed:

  • Monitoring of human resources and legal processes;
  • Contact/Relationship with suppliers and customers;
  • Preparation of purchasing and sales documents;
  • Verification and release of all documentation received and sent;
  • Permanent follow-up on purchases and sales;
  • Supplier evaluation;
  • Service;
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Negotiation capacity and capacity to develop;
  • Knowledge of Management software and Excel;
  • Dynamism;
  • Attendance;
  • Punctuality;
  • Honesty;
  • Ambition;
  • Communicative and enjoy interpersonal relationships.
  • Salary conditions to be negotiated according to professional experience.
